Silver-plated copper sleeve
Conductivity and shielding performance for harsh environments. With excellent electrical and thermal conductivity and antibacterial properties, it reliably protects special applications.
The "Silver-Plated Copper Sleeve" is manufactured to comply with AA59569 and ASTM-B298. The federal specification QQ-B-575C dated September 22, 1993, was replaced by the Commercial Item Description (CID) A-A-59569 on November 20, 2000. This CID includes copper wire blades that are tin or silver plated, provided in tubular or flat forms for shielding use. The silver is plated to a thickness of 1.016μm. Silver has excellent electrical conductivity (1.6μΩcm) and thermal conductivity (427W/mK at 25°C), as well as many other features, including nearly 100% reflectivity in the visible light range and excellent oxidation resistance. 【Specifications】 ■ Material: Copper + Silver Plating ■ Operating Temperature Range: -70 to 150℃ ■ Melting Point ・Copper: 1083℃ ・Silver: 961℃ *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
